my ... falling off the face of the planet for awhile?
so i feel like i've been MIA for a bit. but it has been a long/crazy summer. i spent the good majority of my time working on my co-ops - spliting my time between democrat & chronicle (working on this - http://www.rocloop.com) and at RIT (working on random things). i have also had my fair amount of fun there was hitball, i went to kentucky to visit sarah, i got a tattoo, ashley had her bridal shower, i saw the forecast, kevin came here to visit, i went to the renaissance festival this past weekend, and there has been a lot of movies and learning rubik's cube as of late. my grandmother also passed away a few weeks ago which was less fun but i'm doing fine.

so my co-ops are ending this week and next so i was recently beginning to freak out about being a hobo - but i accepted a job offer in rochester last week that i'm pretty excited about. i start there on september 4th and i think i'll really enjoy it. it's at a company called dawnbreaker and my title is a multi media designer. i'll mostly be doing web work but some print and user interface design as well. they have some government clients like the navy and department of energy as well as some other smaller private clients. i'll have to spend a week or two a year in washington DC working at conferences which sounds more like fun than work to me and the people that i've met there so far seem pretty cool. i can't wait to have real health insurance and actual money. i miiiiight be home a weekend in the near future if anyone is still around let me know. for now that's all i just wanted to update in case you thought i'd disappeared.... cause i kind of felt like i did.
